Employment
Room and board are provided. There are 2 private
sleeping quarters for the wranglers. The ranch house is
the main living area and open to employees at all times.
Staff is expected to make themselves at home just as a
part of the family. All tips are given to the wranglers to
split; the ranch itself takes none.

The job is a lot of hard work, but also a lot of
fun. We find time to pleasure ride across the
ranch, move some cows, or even take the
horses off the ranch to places like Rocky
Mountain National Park for the day.
