| Tip Top Guest Ranch offers riding lessons for children and adults who wish to learn how to ride or who wish to improve their present riding ability. Classes begin in May and continue through September, so call now for a reservation! (970) 484-1215 Our instructors are highly trained to handle students at any age. The horses we use to school with are gentle for the little ones and we have several that are more spirited for the more experienced rider. Check our current rates for hour long lessons. |

| We arrange the classes around the student's present abilities. Balance and confidence are always a main focus as the student learns new skills and improves on old ones. Students will gain balance though exercises in the round pen by riding without the use of stirrups, with their eyes closed, and don't forget the "pat your head and rub your tummy" exercise! |

| Students are required to catch, saddle and learn basic grooming and health care techniques. When the children complete each of their 4 week sessions a brief (and very simple) test will be given where they will receive an official Tip Top Guest Ranch Certificate of Completion and be able to move onto more advanced classes to learn more skills. It is guaranteed to be both fun and educational. |
